How to Honor a Man of God

A man of God:

I.              IS TO BE WELCOMED.

We welcome the man of God: 

(a.)       With kindness.

(b.)       With gladness.

 A man of God:

II.            IS TO BE HONORED.

A man of God is honored when He is:

(a.)       Highly valued.

(1.)       Because of their work.

(2.)       Because of your need.

(3.)       Because of Jesus’ value placed on them.

We must consider:

(b.)       Practical implications.

(1.)       By obeying their instruction.

(2.)       By praying for them daily.

(3.)       By giving encouragement often.

(4.)       By allowing for their humanity.

(5.)       By caring well for them financially.

(6.)       By caring well for their rest.

(7.)       By ministering to the needs of their wives and children.
